Today, a training session on "Communication Skills in Medicine" was held at OKİ Hospital for medical coordinators and registration nurses.

The goal of the training was to adapt patient communication practices to international standards and to enhance professional communication skills.

• Patient-centered communication

• Patient-oriented care model

• Relationships (confidentiality, personal appearance)

• Managing communication challenges with patients

• Key principles for understanding the patient

• Adherence to the four bioethical principles

• What is the SBAR structured communication model based on?

• What is the basis for adjusting communication style?
