Policy on the Integrated Management System of LLC "OKİ" Hospital


The management of "OKİ Hospital" has defined the following priorities in the framework of providing comprehensive medical services:


Ensuring activities based on the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, international treaties to which Azerbaijan is a party, internal regulatory documents, and the Charter.


Comprehensive study, analysis, and evaluation of the needs, expectations, and complaints of stakeholders, as well as the definition of goals and objectives based on the established commitments to ensure the competitiveness of the Company.


Implementation and development of the Company's management system based on the requirements of international standards such as ISOEN and other international standards, depending on the trends in the development of the context.


Focusing efforts on ensuring and improving the necessary level of competence. To achieve this, special attention is given to the continuous professional development of medical and other necessary staff, as well as the development of the clinic's intellectual potential as a whole.


Ensuring high achievements in the development of new methods and techniques, studying international-level documents and literature, monitoring, analyzing, and implementing innovations in healthcare worldwide.


Planning, implementing, and providing necessary resources for activities aimed at the continuous improvement of the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the management system (IS) to enhance operational outcomes.
